What is the plot of Eleceed?

Eleceed follows Jiwoo. He is an ordinary school student on the outside. But no one knows about his extraordinary abilities. He can move very quickly due to his reflexes. Many times he has rescued and saved people, but he remains to be discreet about it. He then happens upon a cat, only to find that it is a spy named Hayden who has turned into one.

He uses his abilities to save the cat from the people attacking him and the cat. Furthermore, they use his abilities and the cat’s wits to fight all the evil that they encounter, including that which turns Hayden into a cat.

She is left disturbed by his answer and displays a scary aura which makes Jiwoo end up having difficulty in breathing. Her assistant calls her, so she leaves before telling him how weak he is.

She displays utter disappointment at how Jiwoo could convince Jayden to have him as his disciple. She says that he does not have enough power, so he should have rejected the invitation. Jiwoo leaves. Then she asks Muse to keep an eye on Jiwoo.

Jiwoo is lost in thought and then is interrupted by the top ten of the academy to have a chat, but he declines, but the top ten refuse to accept him declining right to their faces. Muse then comes from behind and tells them Jiwoo has already decided and heads out with Jiwoo.

Jiwoo is lost in thought as he is then interrupted by his cats, who notice he is not in the room. His cats comfort him and tell him not to be swayed. Jiwoo slaps himself awake and regains some confidence as he has a difficult day ahead, and he has to have a strong mindset to get through it—both he and the cat head inside to go back to bed.
