TJMy dad is in dire need of a studio with utilities included. He is an independent 82-year-old senior who needs his space. He likes to cook and help with maybe sweeping. He likes to keep busy. He is on a fixed income and can only afford up to 1200. He does not need a dishwasher and or marble counters etc. He has no pets and does not want any, nor does he have an air conditioner, he only uses fans if anything. He is a very simple man who needs a small kitchen and a room to fit a bed. Areas that he would be interested in, would be Pelham Parkway, Pelham bay, Throggsneck, Indian village. Would also consider Port Chester and New Rochelle and Pelham NY. He is also willing to pay for a broker fee, if need be.
